RASARA is an independent, not-for-profit charitable organisation established to develop and evidence base for addressing sexual violence accross Australia and to advocate for best practice community and legal responses to rape and sexual assault. We are the first and only national and independant charity with an exclusive focus on sexual violence and are committed to centreing survivor voices and experiences in our work.

Our mission

RASARA's aim is to produce and amplify research that drives reform to the laws and systems that help prevent and respond to sexual violence. Through centreing survivor experiences in our work, we hope to bring about fundamental and hollistic changes to ourjustice systems, educational institutions, and community attitudes. We hope one day all Australian's can live in a country free from the crisis of sexual violence.
